A Travel Policy favoring the use of company vehicles with low CO2 emissions (as well as electric vehicles) and installation of recharging terminals in our car parks.
Establishment for more than 5 years of a waste sorting and collection system (paper, cardboard, plastic, ink toners, cans, light bulbs) and elimination of non-recyclable pod coffee machines.
To reduce plastic consumption, beyond recycling, we have installed water fountains and provided all of our employees with aluminum water bottles.
Establishment of a company homeworking policy offering our employees guarantees and a commitment from the management allowing them to carry out their missions under the best conditions at home just as well as on site.
Promotion of an internal policy limiting travel to what is strictly necessary, primarily by public transport or carpooling and replacement by the use of conference calls / Visio.
We also created a Qwamplify Green Team in 2019, made up of more than ten volunteer employees who meet every 2 months to implement solutions and working methods that are more respectful of our environment.
Finally, at the end of 2020, we started a certification process for labeling at B Corporation.
